The Office of VPASS participated in the vision of Kuwait University to provide the services he supervises in a manner that performs his assigned role in serving his beneficiaries and achieving their goals and accomplish their needs in accordance with the principles of facilitating and simplifying procedures and meets the needs that achieves the main goals of the main directions in the strategic plan of Kuwait University. Especially about the two pillars of quality, which include achieving a supportive, high-quality administrative, financial, and technical system to achieve international quality standards and beneficiary satisfaction and to develop the basic of informatics systems and the electronic system at the university. Also provide high-quality training and advisory services that contribute to the knowledge and professional development of individuals and community institutions that includes providing an environment that stimulates creativity and innovation for all university employees.

In addition to the above, the Office of the VPASS provide services related to granting or renewing licenses for consulting offices and private clinics.

It also provides several services related to the committees associated with the GCC countries, through its promotion of joint action between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council through achievements of the recommendations made by the Joint Action Committee and the two secretariats of the Committee of Distance Education and Higher Education Institutions of the Cooperation Council, and Secretariat of the Committee of Deans, of Deanships, Colleges, and Community Service Centers in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
